Kavach Trade · India. Trading can cause substantial losses; this software is not financial, investment or tax advice.
Equity, futures, options, commodities and currency trading can cause rapid and substantial losses. Leverage may cause losses greater than deposited capital and require additional margin. Past results, journal statistics and educational setups do not predict future returns.
Virtual digital assets are unregulated in India and highly volatile. There may be no regulatory recourse for losses.
Tax treatment depends on the instrument, transaction, financial year and your circumstances. Journal P&L does not establish taxable turnover, VDA transfer consideration, TDS credits or final liability. Reports are working summaries, not returns or professional advice. Reconcile broker records and obtain advice from a qualified CA.
Locks apply to manual journal entry inside Kavach Trade, not to order placement through Zerodha, Upstox or another broker. You can still trade in your broker's app. The service does not execute, cancel or liquidate positions. API failures, delayed sync, missing trades and manual errors can make reminders incomplete.
Broker sync uses position-level realised P&L snapshots, not individual fills or complete historical trade records. Unrealised P&L, brokerage, taxes and other adjustments may be excluded. Repeated snapshots and manual entries can overlap. Win rate, trade count and expectancy based on snapshots are not execution-level statistics. The cumulative P&L chart is not verified account equity.
Verify the current registration and legal availability of any exchange independently before use. FIU-IND registration relates to anti-money-laundering obligations and is not a guarantee of solvency, safety or investment approval. API access does not move your funds into this service.
AI feedback can be wrong or incomplete and is for process review, not buy/sell recommendations. Courses, personal setups and links do not establish profitability. You are responsible for trading decisions and should seek suitably qualified advice where needed.
